Contact
There is one way to reach KiraLah, and it is email.
What to write about
- A rate, date or formula that disagrees with an official source. Include the link to the document; a correction with a source is applied within days.
- A calculator that gives a wrong or confusing result. Paste the link from the Copy link button so the same numbers can be reproduced.
- A calculator you wish existed. Requests are collected and the common ones get built.
- Questions about the site, advertising or reuse of the formulas.
What not to expect
KiraLah does not give personal financial, legal or tax advice, and cannot tell you what your bank, JPJ or LHDN will decide in your case. For that, ask them directly. The site also has no contact form, no chat and no phone number; email keeps things simple and leaves a record.
Response time
The address is read by the person who builds the site, usually within a few days. Corrections come first. If you have not heard back in two weeks, the message may have been caught by a spam filter; send it again with a plain subject line.
